Landscan Version 2.0
Landscan is a database for collating information on contaminated land sites (suspected and proven). It is based on a Microsoft Access platform, making it compatible with most GIS software packages. It provides:
- A comprehensive easy to follow main form for data entry
- The use of drop down lists for continuity of data entry
- Expanding role as data is gathered
- Dedicated format for mail merge and generation of Remediation Notices included
- Report generation for the ‘Public Register’, expanded CLR6 type categorising based on filtering criteria attached to specific fields
- also integrated with the QuickScan site screening and categorising tool for prioritising action based on desktop assessment (S-P-R)
