WPA Consultants Ltd is a consultancy which specialises in Contaminated Land Investigation, Assessment and Reporting.
What we do for Local Authorities?
WPA is currently working with a number of English Local Authorities in connection with their statutory liabilities under Part IIA and has already produced Contaminated Land Inspection Strategies (now fully adopted) for those councils.
WPA continues to be actively involved with Part IIA as it develops into the post-strategy stage.
We have now produced 'Landscan', 'QuickScan' and legal documentation specifically for Part IIA to assist the collation and categorisation of information relating to potentially contaminated land sites in a quick, efficient manner. Legal documentation for enforcement procedures has been produced following consultation with our clients' legal representatives.

Environmental Reporting Services
A range of interpretive reports are available for use by solicitors,
